Terms of Access
Updated: July 2026
"The Antiquarian's Vault is a sanctuary for history enthusiasts—our games are provided strictly for free entertainment, and no real money is ever required or accepted."
1. The Vault's Scholarly Purpose
Welcome to Reliquary of the Sands, managed by Antiquarian Virtual Entertainment Ltd. These terms establish the rules for exploring our curated collection of ancient artifact games. Our platform is designed as a high-fidelity virtual museum where games of chance from antiquity are restored for your amusement. We provide a completely free social casino experience. No real money can be wagered, won, deposited, or withdrawn at any time. Any success you encounter within our simulated environments does not translate to, nor imply, future success at real-money gambling.
By registering a Curator Profile and accessing the vault, you agree to abide by these scholarly guidelines. If you find these terms unacceptable, we ask that you respectfully step away from the archives and discontinue your use of the platform.
2. Curator Profile and Scarab Tokens
To fully experience the games within the vault, visitors are invited to register a free Curator Profile. Upon successful registration, your profile is granted an initial virtual balance of 1,500 Scarab Tokens. These tokens are the sole currency of our virtual ecosystem. They are digital artifacts meant exclusively for local amusement.
Scarab Tokens hold absolutely no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash, merchandise, or any tangible reward. Your virtual balance will be updated automatically as you interact with the artifact games. Should your balance become depleted during your explorations, do not worry; your Curator Profile is eligible for a daily refresh of Scarab Tokens, allowing you to continue your historical journey without any financial obligation.
3. Age and Regional Eligibility
The Antiquarian's Vault contains themes and simulated gaming mechanics that are strictly intended for an adult audience. You must be at least 18 years of age to enter the vault, create a Curator Profile, and engage with our artifact games. Our platform operates in compliance with Great Britain (GB) regulations regarding social casino entertainment.
During the registration process, you will be required to confirm your age. By confirming, you legally state that you meet the minimum age requirement of 18. Antiquarian Virtual Entertainment Ltd reserves the right to restrict or remove profile access if we determine that a visitor does not meet this fundamental eligibility criteria.
4. Conduct and Archival Expectations
We expect all visitors to treat the virtual museum and their fellow scholars with respect. While engaging with the relic games, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and revocable license to access the platform for personal entertainment. You may not attempt to manipulate the virtual balance, interfere with the recent play history tracking, or disrupt the platform's standard operations.
Please note that your recent play history and virtual balance are maintained as part of your active profile access. If you experience a loading issue or require a profile reset, some recent play history may be reset to its default state. This is a normal part of the vault's maintenance and does not constitute a loss of real value, as Scarab Tokens are strictly virtual.
5. Responsible Exploration
We strongly advocate for scholarly restraint. While our games do not involve real money, we understand that digital entertainment can be captivating. We encourage you to manage your virtual time wisely, set personal limits on your gameplay, and step away from the vault if the experience ceases to be enjoyable.
For more detailed information on maintaining a balanced approach to our social casino, please review our comprehensive Responsible Exploration guidelines. If you feel that simulated gaming is negatively impacting your daily life, we urge you to consult professional support resources.
6. Support and Inquiries
Should you require assistance with your Curator Profile, encounter a loading issue, or have questions regarding these Terms of Access, our support team is ready to assist you. Please direct your correspondence to the Chief Curator.
